Acceptix is a professional services firm that previously managed client relationships in Zoho CRM. They needed a unified platform combining CRM, accounting, and document management.
What We Implemented
- CRM — Full sales pipeline migrated from Zoho with contact mapping, lead enrichment, and SMS integration
- Accounting — 806 invoices with batch payments, asset management, auto-transfers, follow-up automation, bank statement imports, and Saudi localisation
- Documents & Digital Signatures — Centralised document management with electronic signatures for contracts and agreements
- WhatsApp — Business WhatsApp for payment reminders and account follow-ups
- Data Management — Data cleaning, merging, and deduplication tools to maintain a clean contact database after migration
- Zoho Connector — Custom Zoho-to-Odoo migration connector for seamless data transfer
Why They Switched
Zoho handled CRM but accounting was separate, documents were scattered, and WhatsApp was manual. Odoo unified everything into one platform — CRM, accounting, documents, and communication — eliminating the need for multiple subscriptions.
