• Multi-Country Payroll — Custom payroll configurations for Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and US labour laws — each with their own salary structures, deductions, and end-of-service calculations
• HR Suite — Full employee lifecycle: recruitment with AI screening, attendance tracking, leave management with CEO approval workflows, loan management, overtime calculations, penalties, clearance processing, and visa/residency tracking
• Car Rental Module — Custom car rental management integrated with sales, fleet, and invoicing
• Helpdesk — Customer support ticketing with CRM integration and SLA tracking
• Project Management — Project-based operations with sale-to-project automation, renting/rental management, and stock integration
• Documents & Approvals — Digital document management with approval workflows for HR, fleet, and procurement
• Employee Portal — Self-service portal for attendance, leave requests, and payslip access

Key Challenge Solved

Managing payroll across 4 countries with different labour laws from a single Odoo instance — Kuwait's indemnity rules, UAE's gratuity calculations, Saudi's GOSI contributions, and US federal/state requirements — all automated with custom payroll modules.
